Economic Board Utrecht is a network of prominent leaders from the business community, knowledge institutions and government throughout the Utrecht metropolitan region. Our ambition is to contribute to a healthier world. We achieve this by collaborating with other regions in the Netherlands and around the world. The Board is an independent player connecting all parties. We are committed to the collective interest of the region, and we put a vision for the future of our region high on the agenda. We mobilise our network and use our knowledge and expertise to support initiatives and partners from the region that create widespread healthy prosperity in our region. We lead the strategic economic conversation on the future of our region upon request or on our own initiative .

We focus on solutions to the major societal transitions that strengthen our business climate, our knowledge and innovation sectors and our infrastructure. We exploit opportunities for regional and supra-regional cooperation and investment funds in Brussels and The Hague.
